Holistic Talents
It means that we strive to realize the university's intrinsic values of reflecting the changes of the times and developing future-oriented talents.
See the Mission Statement In today's knowledge- and information-based society, human resources must possess a broad range of liberal arts and practical wisdom, create new values through expertise and integrated thinking, and cooperate and communicate with others while respecting diverse ideas and cultures.
Therefore, we consider "3C-type talents" as the university's talent image: "Cultivated" individuals with a broad range of liberal arts and authentic character, "Creative" people with specialized knowledge and comprehensive thinking, and "Cooperative" professionals who practice sharing and cooperation. Therefore, our mission is to contribute to the nation and society by cultivating human resources with intellectual, creative, and communication skills by exploring and educating the theory and practice of academic disciplines. To fulfill our mission, we pledge to make united efforts to "grow moral character, broad education, and practical wisdom" through character education, "develop specialized knowledge, integrated thinking, and open collaboration" through interdisciplinary education, and "nurture the ability to empathize and interact with neighbors, society, and the world" through communication education.
